Before you can submit a report, you must first agree to our Terms of Service (TOS).

ROC|Rules Of Combat - www.rulesofcombat.com The following End User License Agreement must be agreed to before a report can be filed. 1.) We are a volunteer group that is recognized by most game developers / makers as an unofficial reporting website. We directly send out reports to Game Developer employees but are not responsible for the outcome or how the developer employees use this information. We are simply a tool used to forward a player and or server violation to the game developers and gamer makers for review. 2.) All information found herein, shall be made public knowledge once it has been determined that the said player / server is indeed in violation of the said offense being reported. 3.) All screen shots, statements, log files and other gathered evidence submitted shall be retained by we, ROC ( www.rulesofcombat.com ) for further usage as pertained to the named player / and or server committing the violation or violations. None of the submitted evidence shall be returned to the repartee at any time. 4.) I agree that all submitted evidence, including screen shots, written statements, personal screenshots, log files, BF2CC log files, witness accounts have not been altered in any way by myself or others. 5.) Once a report is submitted, we cannot at any time, guarantee that the reported player will receive any action against them solely based on your report or statements. This can only be determined by game maker or game developer. 6.) I acknowledge that ROC rulesofcombat.com may contact me at any time to gather any further evidence needed to file a player report in the proper format. 7.) I understand that after my report is filed, that ROC rulesofcombat.com retains the rights to reject my material based on insufficient evidence gathered, or a lack there of, properly formatted and or baseless reports. I also acknowledge that ROC rulesofcombat.com may or may not contact me and provide me with reasoning why my report or reports were rejected in a timely manner. 8.) I agree that all the information I have submitted is true and in an unaltered state, and further agree that none of the evidence in this report has been falsified in any way at any time. I further agree that if any evidence in my report that is indeed found to have be altered and or falsified, that ROC rulesofcombat.com may use the said information against me and turn it over to the proper game makers and or game developers. 9.) I further agree that any and all information found here, the reporting system and the web site rulesofcombat.com is in fact the sole property of ROC rulesofcombat.com and cannot be redistributed in any way, at any time. 10.) I also acknowledge that any reproduction of any material found on this site as a whole, cannot be duplicated or reproduced at any time by myself. Doing so, could possibly lead to legal actions being taken against myself or others involved with me. 11.) All other logo's and game names are the sole property of their respective owners. ROC - Rules of Combat has been given expressed permission to use all logos and game names found on this site by their respective owners. All rights reserved.
